Q: Are ship dates guaranteed?
A: We work hard to ensure your orders are delivered in a timely manner. Most orders are shipped within the given time frame. Occasionally, various factors extend production time, such as heavy seasonal demand, handbook corrections, delays in proofing or transportation, etc.

Placing your order early will help us get your products to you when you need them. If you must have your order delivered by a certain date, please order an extra 1–2 weeks earlier.

Q: If I order my custom planners online, when do you need to receive my custom material in order to receive the Early Order Discount?
A: Your complete order and ALL material must be received by May 14, 2008. Upload press-ready material when placing your order, or send it via mail before May 14, 2008.

Q: Will I still receive the 25¢ discount if I get my school’s 08/09 order in by May 14 but send other material later?
A: No. School Mate® must receive your signed order form and ALL material by May 14, 2008. Incomplete orders, missing material, or changes to the order (e.g., new handbook pages) will invalidate the discount if received after the deadline. We offer this discount to get orders in early to begin processing them, which we cannot do if orders are incomplete.

Q: If I place my planner order now, when is payment due? When will my order ship?
A: Payment won’t be due until September 1, 2008. After we receive your order, non-custom planners ship in about 3 weeks. Custom orders ship in 6-9 weeks. First orders will ship around April 1, but we offer delayed shipping.
