Before You Start
Thank you for choosing School Mate ® Student Planners.
If you have any questions about placing your order, call us at 800-516-8339. Our office hours are M-F, 8-5 CST.
At the end of the ordering process, you may use the "Special Instructions" area to provide any information that did not fit elsewhere.
If you need to leave this site before finishing your quote or order, click "SAVE QUOTE" at the top of the screen.
You will be given a Quote ID. Print that page for your records. The Quote ID will allow you to access your account
at a later time to complete it. To do so, click on "LOAD A QUOTE" at the top of the screen.
NOTE: Once an order has been submitted, you will be unable to make any changes.
You will receive our Early Order Discount if your order and ALL material are received by May 14, 2008.
To begin production, we must receive a completed order form (via fax, mail, or online).
If your order is for custom planners, we must also receive ALL material, including mascot, handbook pages, advertising, and cover, with no subsequent changes.
If changes are made to your order (including modified material), your production schedule and ship date will be adjusted according to the change order date (or when modified material is received).
Any changes after May 14, 2008 will invalidate the Early Order Discount.
