We offer an easy way to submit your handbook pages, custom cover, or logo. To eliminate file errors, we require documents (e.g., Microsoft Word) be converted into useable PDFs. With our FREE PDF Creator software, there is no need to purchase expensive software, and your material will print the way it appears on your computer. Follow our simple instructions below.

Creating Material

Before sending us your files, follow our guidelines to ensure your material is accurate:

• See Handbook Pages Guidelines for acceptable material. Use our prebuilt Microsoft® Word Templates for accurate sizes and margins. You must keep all handbook pages in one document. Do not create and submit multiple handbook page files.
• Planner Custom Cover Templates

• Artwork Guidelines for mascots and photos
• Folder Custom Guidelines (use our Microsoft® Word Templates for accurate sizes and margins)

Converting Material into a PDF (PDF Creator)

Once your files are ready, download and install our PDF Creator software.

After installation just follow these 3 easy steps:

1. From the program you used to create your documents, print to our PDF Creator software like you would to any printer on your computer.

2. PDF Creator will launch a preview of your file so you can thoroughly check for errors.

3. If the preview looks accurate, click "Accept" to send your file directly to our server. Everything you need is provided in this one easy-to-use tool.
